Located on the prettiest street in the award winning town of Marlborough , it is ideally placed for a 1 min walk to High Street shops, pubs, picnic spots & lovely walks over the Downs. The cottage has a recently modernised kitchen and bathroom but also maintains all of its period charms including some low beamed ceilings & exposed timber walls, with a large bedroom & storage for bikes.

A rural and stunning location, yet only 10 mins from Swindon and M4 Jct 15, and also close to Avebury and the charming market town of Marlborough. This spacious, newly refurbished cottage is on a busy and bustling farm and racehorse training yard, so expect tractors and horses to be passing your window! The Annexe is a self contained detached property opposite our cottage in the village of liddington. There is a comfortable living area with 42” sky tv, spacious kitchen with dining table and all appliances, downstairs bathroom with Bath & Shower over, new timber staircase leading to double bedroom with free view tv and walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom has two velux windows overlooking the beautiful countryside. Outside is a private courtyard/garden area with hot tub Breakfast hamper upon request

Old Chapel Wootton Rivers

A beautifully renovated, wonderfully positioned converted chapel with large private garden in one of the area's prettiest villages. Wootton Rivers is within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, with beautiful walks along the Kennet & Avon Canal, the Ridgeway and Savernake Forest. The village has a 16th century thatched pub, very close to the Chapel. We are also on the National Cycle Network route 4 and near to great restaurants such as Stein's, and Dan's in Marlborough.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.
