Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. WIFI free, aria condizionata, lavanderia. Vicina a caffè, ristoranti, mercato, negozi di alimentari.

E' possibile utilizzare il barbecue e dondolarsi nell' amaca fissata sotto gli alberi. E' possibile parcheggiare nella Via accanto (Via Sofia) La casa ha una cucina completa di tutto e ha un grande bagno con lavanderia e lavatrice.E' dotato di letto matrimoniale e di un grande divano letto
