The spacious one bedroom yurt is located high on a forested hillside in the middle of 15+ acres. Come enjoy a natural and serene getaway with all the comforts of home- a full kitchen (ie, all utensils, setting for four), a bathroom with shower and laundry, a queen bedroom, and a queen foldout sofa in the living room by the wood burning stove. This cabin is conveniently located near the Swift Run Gap entrance to Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park. Guests can enjoy hiking to water falls or to mountain peaks in the Park, then a trip to wineries/breweries in the Monticello district. Guests may enjoy an afternoon cooking out on the grill and relaxing in this secluded cabin in the mountains. On cool nights, the fireplace can provide warmth. The cabin is also about 20 miles from Massanutten Resort, straight along Rt 33.
