Cosy Loft with Garden, Quiet Village Location

In the heart of the peaceful village of Appleby Magna is our converted loft apartment. It has its own small, fenced garden and patio with off-street parking. Well-equipped with Wifi, smart TV, gas hob, electric oven and fridge. There is one bedroom with king-sized bed and an additional sofa bed in the living area. Ground floor lobby and shower room. Quiet village location in the National Forest within a mile of the M42 junction providing easy access to Birmingham and the East Midlands.

Tilly Lodge is set in a beautiful village with a lovely pub, fabulous garden and great food just a 4 minute walk away.

The Fuller's Shed All Weather Private Hot Tub

This cosy lodge offers a romantic haven for couples wanting to relax in peace. The luxury interior is styled to impress with every comfort catered for. Outside the covered veranda has a private hot tub, swing seat, outdoor hot shower and dining area where you can kick back and relax. Whether you want to stargaze, ramble, or relax, this is the ideal quiet venue with stunning sunsets and views over rolling countryside, horses, sheep and alpacas. Adults only. 2 guests max. The Highland Hut

Located in beautiful countryside, with its own private wood burning hot tub and fire pit, as well as four furry faced friends to keep you entertained, the Highland Hut cannot be beat when it comes to having a relaxing break. Honey bee, Coco, Arnold and Bertie are our gorgeous highland cattle that live in the field opposite the hut. (Don’t worry, there is a fence to keep them from joining you in the hot tub!) They really are incredible and will make your stay here one to remember.

Bumble Cottage

A spacious, characterful cottage which adjoins the owner's house. Comfortable sitting room, dining room, kitchen, ground floor bathroom, one double and one twin bedroom. Child friendly garden (stairgates, travel cot and high chair available). Adjoins open countryside and has lovely walks right on the doorstep. Within easy reach of Drayton Manor and Thomas Land via the M42. Bumble Cottage is less than a mile from Conkers. A home from home at the heart of the New National Forest.

Sugar Brook Retreat ~ Quirky~Cosy

Sugar Brook Retreat nestled in the North Warwickshire Countryside is a tastefully converted open plan barn with high ceilings and unique features, the ideal location to escape the routine of daily life and relax in a remote setting surrounded by miles of public footpaths including the North Arden Heritage trail.  Just 4 miles from junction 10 of the M42 makes this accommodation perfect to relax in the country but close enough to the midlands road networks to travel with ease.

Situated just outside of Twycross, Leicestershire. The Shepherds hut is isolated in its own part of the countryside. Completely private and surrounded by nothing but field and nature. The luxurious hut is fully equipped with kitchenette, bathroom, mains power and water along with a log burner and heated flooring. Outside a fire pit ,seating area and a wood burning hot tub awaits and is the perfect spot for you to enjoy the stunning view and sunsets. No pets Adults only

The Old Coach House

The Old Coach House has been rebuilt in 2019 and has been fitted to a high standard for our guests. The accommodation offers everything you could need for a break. Although situated in the main street in Polesworth it is quiet due to the additional insulation in both walls and glazing. The accommodation is situated ideally to explore the Midlands and is not far from Drayton Manor Themepark. Cleaned weekly by professional cleaners - more frequent cleans can be arranged.

Ryelands Retreat

Spend some time away in this modern, countryside bungalow. Ideal for families or small groups of friends! Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.

Centre of the National Forest

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. Pets, you must inform us of breed prior to booking.
