Stedet innbyr til avslapning og ro og ligger ved fjorden på Varangerhalvøya i den samiske/norske kommunen Unjargga/Nesseby. (N70) Sentralt til i forhold til naturbaserte, sesongbetonte aktiviteter og for utforskning av Varangerhalvøya, Nasjonalparken og Øst Finnmark. Robåt, bålplass kan benyttes fritt etter avtale. Vertskapet bor i hovedleilighet på gården.

Det er gode turmuligheter i nærområdet. Fra eiendommen kan man gå direkte opp på fjellet Storhaugen. Sorbmegáisá er også i nærheten. Kort vei til andre populære fjell. Vedfyrt Sauna og Grillhytte. Badet et innredet med Cinderella forbrenningstoalett og Cinderella urinal, dusjkabinett og servant . Det er åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning og på stuen er det TV. Har internett. Det er ikke oppvaskmaskin eller vaskemaskin på hytta. Det er egen parkeringsplass. Hytten leies ut i sommerhalvåret,
