Though it is located in a secluded area, it is only an 8-minute drive to downtown Garapan. This unit also has a fully functioning kitchen with full size refrigerator, a dining nook and a very modern bathroom. The property also comes with a saltwater infinity pool and a private covered patio for viewing amazing sunsets.

Our house is on a peaceful private property on top of Capitol Hill just minutes from Saipan's famous beaches, amazing hiking trails, world-class restaurants, and shopping. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accommodate late check out or early check in because of high demand and the house is usually booked. However, we can arrange to store your luggage.
