A beautiful area only a 15 min drive from the city centre. Our cozy villa (280m2) is a unique place to spend a holiday near the city, yet in a very peaceful environment, surrounded by the wild nature. You can sit by the bonfire. Whenever the Aurora Borealis appear on the sky, it is easy to see them, because there is no artificial light other than the lights of the our villa. (much better than city centre) I also offer a real Santa Claus visit to my Villa for a small additional fee.

Oma "luonnonpuisto" sopii niin hiljaisuudesta ja luonnosta nauttiville, talvella revontulia ja tähtitaivasta etsiville, Korouoman jääkiipeilijöille kuin toisaalta esimerkiksi moottorikelkkailijoille; vanha Rovaniemi-Posio kelkkaura kulkee vain 100 metrin päästä ja Suomen suurin Freeride -kelkkailualue alkaa vain 4 km:n suoran kelkkayhteyden päästä. Oma järvi mahdollistaa pilkkimisen ym ulkoilun jäällä.

Two-room apartment on the ground floor. Peaceful and functional apartment. All necessary city services within walking distance. Public transport connections approx. 100 meters away. A short trip to admire the view of the river and the rapids. The exercise opportunities in Oulainen are great! Pets only with a special permit/fee. Own washing machine in the bathroom. You can also book a laundry room and a communal sauna in the basement. Also for long-term rental.
