Big bedroom with separate entrance from main house. With a king-size bed, private toilet, shower and wardrobe. One door/window opens to the garden of the house with a swimming pool to be shared with the members of the family. We have two very friendly dogs which might be in the garden. The house is in a safe and quiet residential area, close to two Universities, with many shops, pharmacies, international chains of restaurants and cafeterias and a small mall, all within a short walking distance.

Featuring a kitchenette with fridge, cooking hobs, kettle, and toaster. Satellite TV , NETFLIX and include a seating area for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

We are situated between the picturesque fishing harbour Potamos and Ayia Napa. Ideal for a quiet holiday near the lively holiday spot of Ayia Napa at a 5min drive. 1 minute walk to the beach or a short drive to one of the best beaches in the med , Nissi Beach. The waterpark , Waterworld is just 3 min drive away. Local supermarket/bar/restaurant at a 7 min walk. Busstop at the end of the road. There are some tradional villages in the surrounding areas with local tavernas. Quiet neighbourhood

Famous landmarks of Famagusta are just a 5-minute drive away, and the city’s most beautiful beaches can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes by car. New suit with new shower on the top floor. separate entrance, king size matress on the floor without a bed , sea view. huge balcony. Stairs to go upstairs are wood stairs and a bit sharp direction so not very good for kids but cool for adults and couples. This is the top floor you see not the one below although we rent this 3 bedroom penthouse as well. call for details.
