Enjoy the beautiful NY evenings and get away from it all with a campfire and tent under the stars. You’ll have a shower/toilet shed and campfire area to enjoy as well as the specious, 16’ tent and a gorgeous view! We are minutes from Sharon Springs and 25 minutes to Cooperstown. We have bedding, towels and blankets but bring your favorite pillows and water. Our goal is to provide you with all the necessities and a place to make memories. We live on the property but you’ll have complete privacy.

Farm stay in a large off-grid tipi

Want to be surrounded by nature? Listen to animal sounds? Eat quality food? You're in the right place! As this is off-grid, there is no running water. Drinking water from a water fountain and a handwashing water tank by the outhouse. Solar panels power a battery with one outlet for phone charging. A compost toilet is a few feet away. 3 beds are available: 1 double and 2 singles. A firepit with a grill and lounging chairs are on site. An outdoor shower is free for all guests at the farm.

It’s located on the Pa side of the Delaware River. 8’ picnic table, fire pit with grill. Swim, wade or just sit by the river. Watch for duck, eagles going up and down the river. Morning & evening deer, turkey, fox & coyotes in the field. Bring your bike. Fly a kite! Take a walk along the river. A short drive away is Jensen Ledges, which is a spectacular hiking trip.
