Venetian-style triple room with ensuite bathroom

I offer venetian-styled triple rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. The checkin takes place from 15 - 19 o'clock (from 19 to 21 o'clock at an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock). The local city tax of 3€ pppn is not included in the room price. From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our alley (8,00€ pp).

Το κατάλυμα των 18 m² αποτελείται από 1 υπνοδωμάτιο και 1 μπάνιο και επομένως προσφέρει χώρο για 2 άτομα. Στις παροχές περιλαμβάνονται επίσης Wi-Fi και τηλεόραση. On the first floor a room with doublebed and bunkbed, another room with two single bed, another bathroom with shower. The flat is equipped with TV, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning. Apartment reserved for families, groups of young people are not accepted. No pets allowed.

Το μπάνιο, που προορίζεται αποκλειστικά για τους επισκέπτες του δωματίου Pini, βρίσκεται εκτός του δωματίου και είναι προσβάσιμο μέσω διαδρόμου που μοιράζεστε με άλλους επισκέπτες.
