Authentic country style bathroom and laundry. The cottage is located close to the centre of the village, within walking distance to the Tavern and General Store. Beechworth, Wangaratta, Milawa are all within an easy 25 minute drive.

Located in the Milawa Gourmet Region, the cottage is ideal for visiting the King Valley wine region, Beechworth & Bright. From the comfort of the back verandah you will enjoy views of the olive grove & beyond the lawns to paddocks with sheep and lambs. Delights inside the cottage include a rainwater shower, bathtub, fireplace, an espresso machine & super comfy bed linens. Our recently renovated cottage loves the environment & uses rainwater, solar power & vintage European furniture.

This is a lovely property located in a quiet court. It backs onto the Ovens River so the views are amazing with natural bush land which is seen through the lounge room and dining room windows. Our home is simple, neat, and organised. It's a home away from home. 'The Cream Brick House' is situated on the outskirts of Wangaratta (5km from CBD). Wangratta's rail trail bike track is right out the front door. A perfect home to relax for families, couples, or singles. Surrounded by gardens, fruit trees, and farm land. It has large court yard for a BBQ or entertaining. A large backyard - for a kick of football, cricket, or watching the natural surroundings.

It is part of our home but private with your own access and fully enclosed outdoor area .
