High powered AC and Heater. Hi-speed WiFi and Smart TVs. Very quiet, clean and comfortable.

One has to go through the gated front yard to go to this apartment. This apartment/studio has it own heat/cooling and a kitchen for light cooking. It is a wonderful place for one to two persons.
