PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. The cottage has a large private enclosed stone patio complete with hot/cold outdoor shower with areas for seating.

Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. You have full access to your own private beach, deck, outdoor shower and outdoor dining area. Pond is great for swimming, boating and fishing. There are lots of mountain biking and walking trails from the cottage. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join. Dining and Cape beaches are close as well as Rail Trail.

Hillside Cottage

A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. The listing name is "Comfortable Studio Apartment".(Pets are allowed in the studio appartment)

The area is residential, so it's quiet. A quick 4 mile ride to Provincetown. There's parking on site, as well as a boat launch. No need to pack up to head to the beach - you are at the beach! Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
