Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Located on Topsail Island our condo is in the heart of Surf City. Enjoy the small town feel and one of the best beaches in the state. Great ocean view condo walking distance to everything. Park your vehicle in the covered parking and walk the entire vacation. All rooms have water views. Metal detector and surfboard provided. Free Parking onsite, 2 minute walk to beach access.
