We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Tawhitinui is tucked away on a private peninsula at the end of Elaine Bay Road, with breathtaking views of Tawhitinui Reach. Greytown yurts is luxury accommodation with all the fun and appeal of glamping but with total comfort. There is a ducted heat pump to keep you comfortable all year round. The interior offers a luxurious and calming environment, with beautiful views across our garden. It has a very comfortable king size bed (183 x 203 cm), with superior linen, bedding, towels and robes. There is a one off cleaning fee added to the price.
