Stables - village charm, fresh air & near Bath

Stables is a refurbished cottage with attention to detail and a little luxury. Well placed for hiding away; off the road, countryside on doorstep, well stocked local shop opposite, 2 great pubs nearby, many wonderful towns and National Trust sites nearby. The private sun trap garden has Bramblecrest outdoor furniture. Cosy up on the comfy sofa in the lounge and watch movies on the 49” Smart TV or have a lie in and watch the 32 “ Smart TV in the bedroom. Access to an EV charger by arrangement.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

Great base for Bath - a short car or train journey away. Loads of walks, beautiful countryside and close to Longleat ( 7 miles). Simple, cosy space. “Through the Willows” is a luxurious self contained cabin room set in the 4.5 acres of our Tudor farm. It has a super king bed, bathroom with shower, seating area, smart TV and a good sized table to have breakfast. There is a small utility area with a fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a KitchenAid toaster and kettle. A breakfast basket is provided. Give yourself the weekend off cooking and walk into historic Bradford on Avon with its wonderful restaurants and pubs.
