Overlooking the ‘Gulf of St Vincent’ witness stunning sunrises & watch the ever-changing tide ebb & flow. Try your luck raking for crabs or take a bike ride to nearby Price using the dedicated track. A paradise for bird watchers & the perfect place to relaxing & unwind. Alternatively, Clinton makes a great base for exploring the Yorke Peninsula or Clare Valley wine region.

A privately owned cottage so centerally located you can leave your car and walk to almost everything & has just undergone a total revitalization right through out in refeashing and family friendly decor. The back yard bosts has an awesome Alfrasco BBQ area nestled amongst the old stone fence and paved with old red bricks where you can comfortably seat 10 secluded in the large fully lawned surrounds.
