Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Είναι ευρύχωρο και αποτελείται από τις 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες, το καθιστικό, κουζίνα και λουτρό. Το σπίτι ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα και διαθέτει 5 μονά κρεβάτια και ένα καναπέ κρεββάτι, γραφείο, ντουλάπες, ηλεκτρικό κουζίνα και φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, πλυντήριο ρούχων, κ.λ.π. Έχει βεράντα στην πλευρά της προκυμαίας, όπου μπορείς να καθίσεις και να απολαύσεις τη θέα του λιμανιού.

Located in the very heart of Mytilene, our small (~35 sq.m.) , yet cozy apartment meets your every need; either for an early morning stroll by the pier, or a late night expedition into the unique culinary/beverage arts, immersing yourself into the hustle and bustle of the commercial district, or just relaxing in the park, your "anchor point" will always be a breath away. An inch away from the bus-stop to the airport and a 10 min walk from the port.

Το σπίτι μου βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης. Είναι ένα ανεξάρτητο μικρό κουκλίστικο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις παροχές και γρήγορο wi-fi, που κάνουν την διαμονή των επισκεπτών του άνετη και λειτουργική. Η γραφική και ήσυχη γειτονιά του το κάνουν ξεχωριστό, αν και είναι μόνο 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλία, την αγορά, τα σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια και την νυχτερινή ζωή της πόλης. Η στάση των λεωφορείων και η πιάτσα ταξί είναι 2 λεπτά και 5 λεπτά το επιβατικό λιμάνι με τα πόδια.

Our Maisonette suite Lotros is an ideal two level apartment, that can facilitate up to 4 guests. On the lower level you will find the sitting area with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom . The steps lead you to the upper level, where you will find one Queen-size bed and wall closets. The Maisonnete suite provides sea views from both levels.
