The apartment is located in Rotermann Quarter, which combines old industrial buildings and modern architecture, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, the harbor and Viru Center. From the balcony and roof terrace, there is a view to Rotermann Square, Old Town, and sea. There are several shops, restaurants in the quarter. The medieval Old Town is just around the corner. It features a queen sized double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and remote working abilities with a sit-stand desk (+27" external monitor). Free parking is available in a private underground garage. City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city. 32m2 2-room apt. with private entrance located in ground floor, entrance directly from outside. Your car will be 5 meters away! City center area, FREE private parking in closed garden, Old Town is 3km away. The location has super good access to public transportation (300-400m walk). In the apartment there is a full size bed (140x200cm) and a sofa bed in the living room. Guests have access to washing machine and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, stove and necessary essentials).

Enjoy your stay in our fully renovated apartment which is just an 8 minute walk from the Freedom Square and Old Town. Free Wifi and free private parking on site. Self check in and out. Our apartment is located in a historic building built in 1889 which is protected by the National Heritage Board. The building and the apartment are fully renovated. It is easy to get around the city center by foot, electric scooters and tram. Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are close by.
