The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). A remote, 200-year-old stone barn converted into two self catering cottages, retaining the open facade of the original building, situated on the Gotten Estate . Hidden at the end of a country lane, tucked away at the foot of St. Catherine’s Down, a mile inland from the south coast of the Isle of Wight, in the middle of an AONB. Ideal for walking or cycling. There is a beach cafe close to St Catherine’s lighthouse also a short walk away. We have tried to make this retreat as comfortable as possible, influenced by the Hamptons. The Retreat

The retreat is a self -contained little chalet in the Courtyard of Hillside farm. Small play area on site,salon. Breakers Sound is a detached, listed thatched cottage that sits within an acre of mature gardens with stunning sea views across the English Channel from most areas of the property. The historic village of St Lawrence sits within an area of outstanding natural beauty, with coastal and country walks on the doorstep of the cottage and easy access to many of the island's attractions. The vibrant town of Ventnor, with all its amenities, bars and restaurants, is a 5 minute drive away.

Tiny Home Retreat, Off Grid, Permaculture Island

A family run homestead that fronts Niton Undercliff, overlooking Reeth Bay at the southern tip of the Island. Providing an "OFF GRID" Tiny House accommodation, is set within an established Food Forest Garden. It sleeps two adults with a double bed, that each morning you can wake to beautiful sea views, and offers a simple and efficient living space. There is a shepherds hut shower room with a combined dry compost toilet.. This accommodation is for over 18s only. No dogs.

A light and airy wooden chalet accessed by a path through a fully fenced orchard with seating and a fire pit ideal for catching the last of the evening sun. Dogs are welcome and can be walked within the 8 acres of farmland which extends to the Eastern River Yar and includes a wildlife pond. The chalet is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a Red Squirrel. 5 Pygmy goats in Sue’s garden next door are sure to amuse you.
