The house is in a safe neighbourhood, located a 5 minute walk to the Hospital, and quick 4 minute drive to all amenities. It is perfect for anyone looking to get situated while working here, especially if at the hospital, or visiting for gaming, fishing and golfing. Tobin Lake is 26 mins away, Evergreen Golf Course is a 5 min drive.
