Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

Upstairs Studio Apartment, including fridge, microwave, small countertop oven, espresso machine. Coffee and tea provided. Small galley kitchen, separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Rotorua is very centrally located to Tauranga /Mount Maunganui, Whakatane, Hobbiton and Taupo. Very close to Rotorua township and attractions (10 /12 minutes by car) and very close to public transport.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.
