PLEASE NOTE: It is warm and dry with a modern insulated roof, hot water etc But it’s close to nature, suited to the outdoorsy, adventurous soul, who doesn't mind the sound of rain outside or the occasional spider/creepy crawly that makes its way in from the garden. :)

The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friends to get together, but please no loud parties.

There is free private parking directly outside the house and we are within a 10 min walk of Mumbles village in one direction and the beaches in the other direction
