☆☆ Stylish, contemporary annex in our converted barn. For 1 or 2 adults only. The Annex comprises an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with quadrant shower. It has its own entrance and there is parking for 1 car. Guests are welcome to use the lower part of our garden and picnic bench. The barn is situated in a tranquil, tucked away location in Perranporth, yet is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and local shops.

Welcome to the Studio, a lovely self-contained annex with superb coastal location in the seaside village of Porthtowan & good access to the A30 and W. Cornwall. The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

On the Dunes in Perranporth

Self contained flatlet, your own entrance, lounge with fridge, microwave,kettle,and toaster and a TV. Large sofa, table and chairs, plates and cutlery provided. Separate bedroom and shower room. Few minutes walk from Perranporth’s famous surfing beach and close to shops, pubs and restaurants (including takeaways). The golf club is just up the hill. There is a bus stop outside the property. Horse riding on the beach. Ideal for walking the coastal footpath. We have parking for 1 car.

Secluded location, one mile from Porthtowan Beach. Next to a wooded valley with walks to the cliffs, beach, pubs and cafes. Recently built annexe to our old cottage, on the site of an 1850’s copper crusher mining engine. A labour of love with modern decor and an ethnic style. Self-contained with a wood-burner, garden and woods with a fire pit. A true getaway all year round! Perfect for families and small groups. Dogs welcome. Three miles from the A30 so a great base for exploring Cornwall.

The friendly, thriving Village of St Agnes is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its mining heritage, beautiful views from the coastal footpath and only a 10 minute walk from the property. There are no shortages of shops, gift shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, pubs, butchers, and bakeries.

Bolitho Barton is a historic farmstead in the wild centre of the peninsula, yet within easy reach of both the north and south coastlines. The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and an additional spacious conservatory which can be used for dining or just as another sitting area. The two bedrooms can be arranged as a twin room and a king-size double, or as two king-size doubles.

Self-contained chalet (close to Fistral Beach)

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.

Escape and unwind in our modern, comfortable, self contained annexe. We are situated in a quiet residential street in beautiful Lusty Glaze on the outskirts of Newquay. Newquay's town centre with its array of bars, restaurants and stunning surf beaches are all within easy walking distance. The award winning Lusty Glaze beach (Sunday Times 2017 Best Beach) is less than a 10 minute walk away. We consider our annexe ideally suited to quiet couples.

We have a 9am checkout time so we have the time to get the cabin ready.
