Custom countertops with stainless appliances for a high end experience. Master bedroom has a queen foam mattress, bunk room has two twin foam mattresses. Overhead loft has a King foam mattress topper on the floor. The living area sofa has a pullout full mattress. Sleeps 8 total. New Heat/AC pump for comfort.

This cozy treehouse is for outdoor lovers. It sits feet from beautiful Sebasticook Lake; great for kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and fishing. We're also on the 4 Season Rail Trail; great for hiking, biking, or ATV riding. Close (1 +- mile) to stores and restaurants. We're also close enough to almost anywhere in the state of Maine for day trips. Travel to the ocean, Acadia National Park, Moosehead Lake Area, Baxter State Park and more. Silver Moon at The Appleton Retreat is quite private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt features a private therapeutic hot tub on the wrap around deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. Silver Moon is located in a wooded area close to a bog that attracts a variety of wildlife. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Raven Stone Farm is a quiet and picturesque horse farm nestled in Maine's beautiful Mid-Coast Region. Established in the early 1800’s, the farm offers Guests the chance to get away to the country in a cozy and comfortable setting, while being centrally located to all that Maine has to offer. Guests will have the camp like private "Barn Bunkhouse" to themselves with views of horses, deer, and wild turkeys. The farm is 2 miles from the town of Newport and Sebasticook Lake.
