Rural 3-bedroom cottage in quiet village

Our mid-terraced cottage sleeps up to five guests in its three well-presented bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The heart of the home is its living room, complete with a multi-fuel stove which brings some extra cosiness in the colder months, or somewhere to dry your boots after a day in the fells. We have free parking for two cars on the driveway outside the house, and around the back is a shared garden with outdoor seating, ideal for al fresco dining when the sun is shining!

Gibson Cottage is a charming 18th century one bedroom holiday cottage, ideal for a romantic break, and perfectly situated on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Easy to reach whether you are travelling North or South, Gibson Cottage is located just two miles from J40 on the M6 and the market town of Penrith, which is serviced by a main line train station. The Cottage is set off the beaten track where you will have the chance to enjoy some peace and quiet and relax!

This luxuriously furnished cottage with a newly refurbished wood burning stove offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday, including a peaceful secluded garden. Located in the quiet village of Dacre, just two miles from Ullswater, with many beautiful walks available right from the door step. The popular Ullswater Way is nearby along with Dalemain Mansion and Historic Gardens, Aira Force waterfall, and Helvellyn (the third highest mountain in the Lake District.
