It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

Please note that the apartment is located right next to the Wheeling Island Casino and Wheeling Island Stadium, walking distance to Suspension Bridge, downtown, and interstate. With easy access to I-70 it's the perfect stop-over if you're on your way through town, but if you're planning on a longer visit it's also a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting family or friends or just exploring our fun small town. Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. Located 5 minutes from Marietta with easy access. Electronic keypad. Please enjoy visiting Roadrunner's Haven.

Grand By Design Farm Guest Suite

We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years.
