Δυόροφη μονοκατοικία που βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του ιστορικού κέντρου της Κέρκυρας.Το ισόγειο αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο 35 τετραγωνικών μέτρων, όπου βρίσκονται η κουζίνα-τραπεζαρία, το σαλόνι και ένα μικρό μπάνιο.Ο δεύτερος όροφος αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια(ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και δύο μονά), το χώλ και το κυρίως μπάνιο. Οι παροχές του σπιτιού, στις οποίες έχουν πρόσβαση οι επισκέπτες είναι οι εξής: -3 τηλεοράσεις. Μία στο σαλόνι 42'' με καλωδιακή και δορυφορική σύνδεση και μία τηλεόραση 21'' σε κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο. -δωρεάν wi-fi(ίντερνετ) -Ηλεκτρικός φούρνος -Φούρνος μικροκυμάτων -Βραστήρας νερού -Σερβίτσια(πιάτα,μαχαιροπίρουνα,κατσαρόλες,τηγάνια) -Ψυγείοκαταψύκτης -Τοστιέρα -Φρυγανιέρα -Πλυντήριο ρούχων -Στεγνωτήριο ρούχων -Πιστολάκι μαλλιών -Air Condition σε όλους τους χώρους Υπάρχει δυνατότητα παραλαβής τον επισκεπτών από το αεροδρόμιο και επιστροφή σε αυτό. Ακόμη, ενημέρωση για το νησί μας. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης που είναι χτισμένη από τον δέκατο πέμπτο αιώνα. Η θέση του είναι σε ένα από τα πολλά γραφικά σοκάκια της Κέρκυρας και η γειτονιά στην οποία βρίσκεται είναι πολύ φιλική. Στην γειτονιά αυτή βρίσκονται πολλά ιστορικά κέντρα, όπως: Τα ανάκτορα των Αγίων Μιχαήλ και Γαβριήλ, η αναγνωστική εταιρία, το Καποδιστριακό μέγαρο,η οργανωμένη παραλία με beach bar "Άγιος Νικόλαος",Το παλαιό φρούριο, τα διάσημα κτίρια του Λιστόν, η μεγαλύτερη πλατεία των Βαλκανίων Εσπιανάδα, το μουσείο ασιατικής τέχνης και πολλά άλλα.Ακόμη, κοντά στο σπίτι βρίσκονται πολλές γραφικές ταβέρνες,καφετέριες, αλλά και πολλά εμπορικά καταστήματα. Υπάρχουν από τις 7 το πρωί μέχρι και τα μεσάνυχτα συνεχή δρομολόγια αστικών λεωφορείων.Ακόμη υπάρχουν ταξί, αλλά και γραφεία ενοικιάσεως αυτοκινήτων και μοτοσυκλετών. Το σαλόνι περιλαμβάνει 2 καναπέδες οι οποίοι μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν ο ένας έναν ενήλικα και ο άλλος ένα παιδί

My home (80m2) is located in the heart of the Old Town of Corfu, about 300m from Liston and Spianada. It is a perfect basis for exploring the town and the island, situated in a neighborhood called Evraiki. Almost everything you will need like super market, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy e.t.c. is within a walking distance. A free municipal parking, a taxi station and bus stop are very close (60-100 m).
