Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. The cottage is equipped to meet all your needs, from luxurious white linen by Beaumont & Brown, to robes for the spa. I aim to ensure that all my guests have a truly memorable stay.

A newly restored and beautifully refurbished oak framed barn conversion bordering the New Forest National Park . With spectacular far reaching views Stride’s Barn is situated 9 miles from the Cathedral City of Salisbury and 15 miles from Southampton . An ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs , restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge and Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World . Can be rented with additional listing ‘The Cowshed’ (sleeps 2) .

As you travel past paddocks and down our driveway, you will immediately be aware of the peaceful, rural retreat you have chosen. You will arrive at your home for your stay, with its racing-green painted original stable doors and wood-stained panelling and you will know you are in safe hands. Our stables are finished to a high standard so that you have a fantastic 'home away from home' in the heart of the new forest. A perfect base to explore local attractions from Beaulieu to Bournemouth.

Stylish Barn Conversion

The Barn is a converted property located at the head of the stunning Tarrant valley within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. Two of the bedrooms have internal balconies into the main body of the barn and triple velux roof windows to enjoy the rural views. The third bedroom has bifold doors onto the patio and an en-suite with rainfall snail shower. TV/cinema room.

Fully renovated from the ground up in 2020 and opening in 2021 you will find all the modern conveniences you need as well as characterful design. The Stables, The New Forest

The Stables is situated in the heart of the New Forest, ideal for cycling, walks, hacking, pubs and relaxing. We are 15mins drive from the beach and 20mins from Brockenhurst station The Stables offers a fabulous location for your stay. The bedroom has a luxurious super king sized bed. There is a cosy sitting room and kitchenette. I am dog and horse friendly, there is a small paddock. Dogs are welcome at an additional cost of £15 per dog per night, 2 max. Cash payment on arrival.

John's Barn

Beautiful architect designed barn set in private woodland of over 50 acres. John's Barn was the result of a conversion of an existing barn. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The natural woodland, fields, lake and river give the chance to get back to nature and is ideal for children to explore. The wildlife includes herds of deer that you will see up close. The barn is situated 2 miles from the New Forest Park national park.

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College, are looking for a relaxing time near the water or as a base to explore further afield. A warm welcome to our riverside cottage, a two bedroom quiet retreat located in the New Forest national park with lovely walks and cycle paths to see the ponies and other wildlife. It’s only a 20 min drive to the medieval city of Salisbury and 30-40 min drive to the sandy beaches of the South Coast. We have a friendly local village shop and pub within walking distance, and a fabulous ‘water-hole’ for swimming a few mins walk down the lane.
