The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.

Charming, modern , second floor garage apartment, private space located 1 mile from downtown New Bern, this rental is on the property of a National Historic Site house.
