Enjoy the farmers market on Saturday morning or walk the Deer Creek Tribute trail. The Yuba River is just 15 minutes away and perfect for a swim. The apartment has an inviting living room, large bedroom with queen bed, study, kitchen and dining. Not suitable for infants or children. No pets allowed.

Because it's forested and in a cement house, the wifi is not great. There's A/C in the summer and a propane 'wood' stove for winter. Nearby walking trails. The apartment is located in the bottom of our house and has a separate entrance, kitchen, queen bed + bathroom. The property has a pond & patio. It's forested, secluded, and quiet.
