This location is on Route 5 and is approximately 3-5 miles from both Turning Stone Resort Casino and Vernon Downs Casino. Its location makes for easy access to anywhere you might be going in the area, but is on a busy street. Triple pane windows were installed to help with the sound of traffic. Its about 15 min from Verona Beach, 40 min from Syracuse, 30 min from Utica

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

It has a private bath (shower), king bed, smart TV with basic cable, Keurig, mini fridge, sitting area, and WiFi. A mini-split provides heat and air conditioning. Also, a fireplace w/remote control. A twin rollaway is available upon request. This suite is perfect for campus visitors.
