Located on the Tahunanui hillside with views to the distant mountains. It is an easy 1.3 km walk to the beach (15 min.) -or 5 min drive. CBD is 6km away. Bus stop is 13m walk.

As I am taking extra care with cleaning in these Covid times, my expectation is that you will be vaccinated.

Our guest space is on the ground floor of our house which offers 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a large lounge and kitchenette. 20 minute walk into town. 5 minute walk to the ocean. There is Netflix and Sky TV available in the lounge and a BBQ for your use.
