We welcome you to our light and spacious en-suite studio room which has everything but the kitchen sink! Private access through French doors into a courtyard garden where you can enjoy a coffee. You are self contained. Our home offers you a quiet/ comfortable retreat from which to explore all the amazing things our region has. Close to Great Taste Cycle Trail and Saxton Stadium and sports grounds. Central for exploring the whole region. We are a 12 minute (aprox) drive to Nelson City Central.

Beaconview

We have a completely separate unit below for our guests with its own entrance . Our flexible bedding arrangements means we can accommodate a number of combinations. The super king in the bedroom can be used or two single beds if preferred. The fold away made up queen bed in the main area allows more space during the day. We are open to meeting the bed requirements you may wish to have 2 single beds in one room and a queen bed in the other. What a wonderful view you will have when you wake up.

Hilltop Cabin & Breakfast

This peaceful, serene cabin overlooks Nelson with views out to the sea. The end of a quiet cul-de-sac just metres from excellent walking tracks. Breakfast We provide breakfast for up to 3 nights (toast and spreads, cereals) The kitchenette Equipped with a fridge, microwave, dinnerware etc. While there is no sink in the kitchen, a tub and washing up supplies are provided. Parking Free on-street parking is always available Laundry We are happy to provide a laundry service for longer stays.

The Courtyard - in a beautiful rural location

The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.

The Tide Flat

Welcome to The Tide Flat, just a short 2min walk to Tahunanui back Beach. The space features new paint, updated chattels, a supportive queen bed and a relaxed coastal feel. Ideal for couples , solo or business travellers seeking a comfortable stay close to cafés, coastal walks and Nelson Airport. The flat is fully self-contained with a private entrance, fast Wi-Fi and easy parking. Freshly completed kwila decking provides a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy the coastal air.

Our beach side community Glenduan is a quick & easy 10 minute drive from Nelson. It is a lovely, friendly relaxed neighbourhood on the edge of Nelson’s famous boulderbank and marine reserve. Our house is in a quiet residential enclave that's an easy flat three minute walk to the rocky beach. The stand-alone studio is well appointed & a great place to relax, unwind & experience the coastal vibe. It is a welcome retreat to return to after exploring the Nelson region.

The Baker's BnB with Bakers Breakfast Included

Relax in this very peaceful and private setting of this new Studio Apartment with the feeling of being in the Countryside. It is situated 6 km from Nelson CBD and close to bus service into town. There is one parking space available on our section, breakfast is included in your stay, with a vegan option on request. Hill Street Views

A self-contained guest unit with own entrance and free parking. There is a king sized bed which can be converted to two king singles. A continental breakfast is provided as well as tea and coffee. Located just minutes away from Richmond village with lots of cafes, restaurants and local wineries. The house is nestled in the Richmond foothills close to mountain biking and walking tracks and has views out to the stunning Tasman region.

Relax in this tranquil getaway. The cabin is a cosy hideaway with armchairs, dining, fridge and microwave. Up the ladder is a mezzanine for sleeping. The second cabin contains the shower and toilet. It spills out onto a landscaped garden with a tree-lined patio looking over Fifeshire Rock and ranges. It's one of the most beautiful spots in Nelson. Steep climb from the road, up steps and boardwalks. We suggest a pack, not a suitcase.

The Studio on Torlesse

Cosy, light-filled studio tucked under our family home, perfect for couples, solo travellers, or a quiet getaway. The space has a calm, airy feel with its own entrance and a little outdoor bench for morning coffee. Access is via a steep driveway or steps along the house down to the school walkway. You’ll be close to walking tracks, beaches, cafés, and shops, with the warm, friendly energy of a family home.
