Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. Benefits from stunning views over the Afan Valley and located on the Afan Forest Park's low level cycle route 'Y Rheilffordd' (railway in welsh) which runs along the base of the valley. This is a great trail for families with picnic and refreshment stops along the 36km trail. 'Y Rheilffordd' gives easy access to 6 world class trails as well as Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre, Glyncorrwg Visitor Centre and Afan Bike Park.

This unique space has been newly refurbished to provide a cosy and conveniently located accommodation. One lovely sized double bedroom, bathroom with generous walk in shower, small kitchenette area with air fryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Lounge with TV/ Netflix. Outside patio area with seating is welcomed to be used. The annexe is attached to the owners but with its own front door and key safe. To note are the space saver stairs which may be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Situated in a quiet, semi-rural village is this charming, three-bedroom holiday home.
