The cottage is a newly converted farm building on a smallholding in Swansea, where you can enjoy peace and privacy with panoramic views across fields to the Gower. You can step out of the door to enjoy mountain walks and wildlife. The Lliw resevoirs and Cwm Clydach nature reserve are in walking distance as is the village and local pubs that serve food. We offer secure storage for bicycles and the area is renown by keen cyclists. Swansea, Mumbles and the Gower beaches are a short drive away.

It has a large private balcony to the rear of the property which is a perfect sun trap overlooking ancient woodland . Here you can relax while listening to the sound of the water running in the brook below. There is also a separate private patio area on the ground floor for al-fresco dining together with a BBQ for guests use. There is secure storage for cycles and other equipment on the ground floor.

The photo shown is the main house. Self catering accommodation. Guests will stay in the refurbished coach house in the grounds of the main house in the village of Glanamman. Open plan living area downstairs, fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, slow cooker and cooking utensils. Shower room and toilet, hot &cold running water. Double bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with adult bunk beds. Balcony accessed through main bedroom giving views of the Amman Valley.

*DOGS WELCOME* Cwtch Bach, A cosy and contemporary little barn conversion, Cwtch Bach has been thoughtfully designed and equipped to offer a comfortable and warming place to stay. Located on the edge of the National Park, the cottage is in a peaceful and rural area with several walking routes nearby. Just a short drive up the lane is open hillside with numerous grazing Welsh ponies and the most glorious uninterrupted views over miles of rolling countryside.

It's peaceful, apart for some traffic noise during the day, and central to all amenities and a railway station which is a 5 minute walk. A bus stop is across the road and a local taxi company for longer trips. There is also 3 pubs, 5 clubs, 1 Chinese restaurant and 5 takeaways, 1 Indian restaurant and 2 takeaways, a fish and chip shop, Domino’s Pizza and shopping precinct within 10 minutes walk.

Our quiet and comfortable hideaway cabin is in the green Swansea valley. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, shower room and open plan modern kitchen/diner and living area with leather comfy sofa with country views through patio doors which bring the out doors in on sunny days . We only accept a min of 2 nights booking
