Just 100m from the beach, with nearby sports courts and a short walk to the village, it's an ideal spot for unwinding, strolling, and swimming. Our furry friends, two dogs and two cats share the property with us, adding a touch of warmth to the surroundings. Park your car and enjoy the slow holiday you deserve.

Αυτό το μοντέρνο Loft βρίσκεται μπροστά στην παραλία και προσφέρει εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα από το ιδιωτικό του μπαλκόνι. Το εσωτερικό (ανακαινισμένο το 2022) διαθέτει μοντέρνο σχεδιασμό και είναι πολύ ευήλιο. Το Loft είναι 45τμ και αποτελείται από σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με συσκευές, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ένα ενιαίο υπνοδωμάτιο. Η τοποθεσία επιτρέπει εύκολη πρόσβαση στις όμορφες παραλίες της περιοχής, καθώς και σε μια ποικιλία από εστιατόρια και καταστήματα.

Amazing beach house

Our house is situated right three meters away from the beach of Halkidiki, famous for its crystal clear waters. It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. Such a premium position makes for a truly fabulous holiday!

Διαμέρισμα με ευρύχωρο μπαλκόνι με θέα. Φιλοξενεί άνετα 4-6 άτομα. Μόλις 150 μέτρα από την αμμώδη παραλία και τα εστιατόρια και λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το τοπικό αρτοποιείο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Επωφελείται από μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ένα μεγάλο ενιαίο σαλόνι, δύο υπνοδωμάτια με άνετα παραδοσιά κρεβάτια και μια μεγάλη ντουλάπα. Ένα από τα υπνοδωμάτια έχει διπλό κρεβάτι. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως κλιματιζόμενο, προσφέρει δωρεάν Wi-Fi, δωρεάν πάρκινγ και κήπο με μπάρμπεκιου.
