There is also a small patio, which includes a bistro set and a view of the entire property. It also features a fully stocked kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster, griddle, and microwave. All guests have use of kayaks, standup paddle boards, a 4-seater paddle boat, and fishing gear. Life vests are provided and required.

The house is about 1,000 sq feet, and includes a fenced in backdoor so your pets can enjoy the outdoors in a secured space. There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities. Back yard also has a fire pit with wood for those crisp nights of relaxation by a fire.
