The tastefully decorated traditional Ikarian shepherd's hut is situated in the middle of nature and offers amazing sea and mountain view. It's an ideal spot to find your peace and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located in the village of Agios Dimitrios (Raches), which is less than a 15-minute drive to Messakti beach. It's highly recommended to have a car to explore the island. The road leading from the village to the house is 1km of dirt road, but accessible with any type of car.

The Blue House on the Hill

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

Newly renovated studio apartment located 50m from the sea with beautiful views and in a quiet and peaceful location, but still close to the popular beaches and resort town of Armenistis. During calmer days enjoy your own quiet swimming area only two minutes walking distance from the house. All other days enjoy the organised beach only two kilometres away. We recommend you rent a motor vehicle to cover the vast distances between the sights.

Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Renovated with all modern amenities located in the center of the village Magganitis with stunning views of the Aegean Sea.The house is close to the beatiful beach Firodi.To go to the beach you need 2 minutes by car and 10 minutes.on foot. Also close to the grocery,70 m.from the tavern"Φεροη"and 1 kl from the famous beach Seychelles.

Επιπλέον, σε χώρους εστίασης και αναψυχής όπως: μπάρ, καφετέριες, ζαχαροπλαστεία κ.α. Η παραλία του Αρμενιστη βρίσκεται περίπου 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια και η παραλία Λιβάδι περίπου 10 λεπτά.
