Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is provided.

Our Little Blue House (42 sqm) on the bottom of the hill by Ahuriri will provide you with a perfect home away from home. Completely renovated inside out with friends and family in mind!
