Also available to rent is Pals Executive Home 4 bedrooms in front of the cottage, making a perfect family stay. Basketball Hoop etc .

Whilst we cannot offer sea views we are only one street back from the beach so an easy walk if you wish to take a seaside stroll or bring along your surf casters. We also have the most beautiful cycle/walk tracks that will take you all the way to the city centre if you so wish. We are situated 10 from airport and 15 minutes to the city . We are also a very short stroll to the lovely crab farm winery. Plus snapper park camp ground is a short walk which offers eat in or take away meals.

Continental breakfast of home made cereal, milk, fruit, & Nespresso coffee, tea provided. Happy to consider & negotiate longer stay. We live next door.

Large shower room with laundry cupboard. Suitable for up to four adults, ideal for two couples or as a romantic weekend for two. Napier is a Art Deco Mecca and you can enjoy wonderful wineries and dining in the Hawke’s bay sunshine. There are great walks and cycle tracks and a trip up Te Mata Peak is worth while.

Albert Cottage is a beautifully decorated, sunny cottage set in a stunning rural landscape. The cottage has a modern kitchen / living room with french doors to a private courtyard overlooking pasture. The separate bedroom opens on to a small deck for beautiful morning sun and there is a luxurious bathroom with large tiled shower. There is even an outside bath so you can bath under the stars. Our drinking water is lovely & fresh straight from our own well.
