The Grove at Ryans Rest - Tiny House Farm Stay

Welcome to “The Grove at Ryans Rest”. Our second Tiny House Farm Stay is a space to RECONNECT with loved ones, the land and with nature as you are immersed in a regenerative agricultural system that is all connected as one living, breathing ecosystem. A place to RECHARGE and RETREAT, close your eyes, breathe in, smell the fresh air, sweet soil, lemon blossom and surrounding forests. To RE EXAMINE, RE AWAKEN and RESET a vital biological connection with the earth through our land and our food.

Farm View Cottage

Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, all amenities you need, farm stay experience. Surrounded by farm land, our rural cottage will provide you with the beauty and serenity of nature. Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

Maslin St Cottage

Just five minutes drive from Bridgetown this cute studio style handbuilt cottage has a queen bed and stackable beds perfect for a family or couple. Enjoy the view of the five acre property from your private patio while you cook in the outdoor kitchen. Walk through the cottage gardens and pick fresh fruit. Enjoy watching the sheep, alpacas, ducks and chooks. If you need more space Maslin St Farmhouse has extra accommodation on the property. Please note there are working bee hives in the garden.

Within walking distance to the town centre, Chapman’s Cottage has 2 master bedrooms with queen size beds, and 2 single beds in the third bedroom. Retreat to the sitting room, perfect for adult conversation and a glass of red in front of the wood fire while the rest of your group enjoy the activities and free wifi in the family room. Come together in the country kitchen for meals. Walk in the beautiful cottage garden, pick fresh fruit and spend the evening around the fire pit under the stars.

A luxurious bush bath, campfire and huge private bell tent are all yours at this truly memorable farm stay in the heart of Margaret River wine country. Relax in your cosy, luxuriously appointed 6m tent (with power), private outdoor shower, kitchenette, wildlife and trails. Designer linens, queen bed & comfy Zeek hybrid mattress, electric blanket, Bluetooth speaker, kitchenette, library, artisan produce options - even woolly socks! We strive to exceed your highest expectations of comfort.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Romantic Cabin - Private Acreage

Escape to our cozy sea container cabin on 100 secluded acres of natural beauty. Relax by the indoor fireplace and under the stars at the outdoor fire pit. Soak in the outdoor bathtub, and enjoy the full kitchen and the large deck offers breathtaking views of the valley. Our cabin is close to the main winery area, perfect for wine tasting adventures. Only 2.5 hours from Perth, it's an easy getaway. Take a refreshing swim in the dam, explore the small vineyard, or go on multiple bush walks.

Dunmore Homestead Cottage

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Autumn Ridge Farm

Autumn Ridge is a self-contained cottage situated on peaceful acreage overlooking the Blackwood Valley. With only a 10-minute drive into Bridgetown, offering unique boutique shops, delicious cafes and tourist attractions. This couples retreat is central to many of the southwest's tourist hotspots such as Manjimup, Pemberton and Margaret River. Beautiful 4 bedroom home with indoor fireplace just 4 km from town, nestled on the bank in the prestigious Highlands you'll find this luxurious Hamptons style home which has been decorated beautifully leaving nothing to the imagination. With beautiful full size windows that lead you out to the gorgeous deck complete with plenty of seating areas to accommodate a group of 8 or two families comfortably and take advantage of the breathtaking view.

Warren Retreat - cozy and tranquil 2 brm home

This well appointed and surprisingly spacious 2 bedroom home offers a tranquil retreat just 900 metres from the centre of Nannup. The home features high ceilings and plenty of space for a couple or small family. Set well back from the road and on a large block, it provides a combination of peace and quiet, open space and convenience. Not suitable for more than 4 adults if each requires a separate bed. Bike garage provided for cyclists.
