Waterfront cottage surrounded by Live Oaks & Palms, offering spectacular views of the ICC waterway and the Masonboro Island. Bring your Kayaks or just relax on the cozy deck. We offer plenty of vintage Carolina Charm. Don't be surprised as you sip your coffee in the kitchen and you spot Dolphins or boaters sail by the window view. Located between the Carolina Beach and Wrightsville with a short 10 min drive to the River Front. Open floor plan allows for great views from most of the rooms.

The Cove At Myrtle Grove

Enjoy waterfront views and relax in this comfy house nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway and ​the Masonboro​ Island Reserve​. Water views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, sitting at the fire-pit, playing in the yard, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. On the pier you may fish, lounge, launch your kayak, paddle board, etcetra. 10 - 20 minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more

The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. See the below description to get a feel for this very special and unique space.

Pelicans Rest - Exhale, you've found your Hammock.

Thoughtful details around every corner promise to make your vacation a peaceful haven. Yoga on the platform deck, mats provided during your stay. Read your book swaying in the hammock, shaded by magnolia trees. Eating in? Kitchen's stocked. Eating out? Only 15-20 minutes to historic downtown restaurants and equally close to local beach eateries. Unwinding on the waterways? Bring your boat/kayak/SUP, ample space to park or store toys. Public boat ramp to ICW less than 1/2 mile away.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Lovely apartment, private space. Open and spacious dining and living area. Well equipped kitchen: refrigerator, full stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Breakfast makings on hand. Media room with Smart TV, comfy seating, computer work station. Large, roomy master bedroom w/ king size bed OR TRANSFORMS INTO TWO TWINS. Bath adjoins bedroom, walk in shower, no tub. Beaches, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, all within a 15 minute drive.

Private Entrance 1 Bedroom Suite! 7 min to beach!

Come relax in our 1 bedroom garage suite. 7 miles from carolina beach. Close to down town and wrightsville beach. In the unit you will find a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Living room with shared kitchen nook and bedroom with 1 king size bed and attached Full bath. Equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

Directly in between Pleasure Island and downtown ILM (15 minute drive to either), this suite gives you a clean, quiet place to rest and restore. Take the beach chairs and cooler for a day of sun, then head downtown for fine dining and fun night life. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this suite offers peace and a central location!

Clark Hill Heights.

Away from the Touristy area, but convenient enough to drive there. Has its own parking space with private entry with a small deck. Nice and quiet area. 30 min drive to downtown Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach, 15 min drive to Carolina Beach area. Located 3 miles north of Snows Cut Bridge which leads you to Pleasure Island (Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and historic Fort Fisher).
