Η πρόσβαση γίνεται εύκολα είτε με αμάξι είτε με τα πόδια και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 6 άτομα. Το σπίτι έχει περιμετρικά μπαλκόνια και η πρόσβαση γίνεται με σκαλιά.
