The guesthouse is located on our wooded 5 acres. Guests will share access to the pool and outdoor space based on availability. Pool and outdoor space are offered preference to private party bookings and we will let you know if there are private parties booked when the space is unavailable. The pool is heated to 75 degrees April 1-October 31 and the spa is kept at 90 degrees but guests may increase the temp. *We do not charge guests to heat spa/pool, therefore the nightly rate does not change should the spa/pool become unavailable due to extreme weather (below freezing) or malfunctions.
