Set within the bustling community of Mullion village, this delightful old cottage is featured on the Mullion Heritage Trail, its records dating back to 1783. With a covered parking space beside it and free additional parking available close by. It has a small, fully enclosed private rear courtyard. Deceptively large downstairs open plan living space, with a multi-fuel burner which is a great place to relax together. Towels and bedding provided. Within 1 mile away from South West coast footpath, easy reach of Poldhu, Polurian beaches & Mullion Harbour. 2 local dog friendly pubs within 200 metres. Other restaurants/hotels are close by & 2 local food stores within easy walking distance. There is a fish & shop in the village offering takeaway or eat in the restaurant, serving very high quality food. Mullion also boasts an 18 hole golf course & welcoming club that serves excellent food. You can even learn to surf at Poldu beach or contact Lizard Adventure for paddleboarding, kayaking or rock climbing & survival skills activities. There are horse riding stables in the village. Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this tranquil place. We are on the unspoilt Roseland Peninsula, surrounded by fields and with sea views across to dramatic Dodman Point, the highest headland on the south coast of Cornwall. Ideal for walkers, we are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. Although very rural, we are within walking distance of two pubs, the New Inn at Veryan and The Ship at Portloe. The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

A chic one bedroom apartment with wonderfully large south facing sun terrace overlooking the glorious gardens of Tremayne House. It has a private entrance, sitting/dining room with separate kitchen and bedroom with en suite shower room. Wake up to the bird's singing! It is perfectly placed as a base for exploring the local area and is near the beautiful and peaceful Helford River. There are cosy village pubs and plenty of countryside walks to enjoy such as Tremayne Quay and Frenchman's Creek.

You are just a 20 minute walk to the famous Kynance Cove and a mile from the Lizard Point, Britain's most southerly point. You can join the SWCP from many places around the village. The Studio sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed, has a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite and central heating. The Lizard Village has 2 pubs, lots of cafes and shops! Bream Barn is a spacious dog friendly little house set within a pretty two acre garden, with open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining/lounge, woodburner, bedroom, huge shower, BBQ. Located between sandy Maenporth beach (10-15mins walk) & the pretty village of Mawnan Smith (also 10-15 mins walk) with cafes and restaurants within walking distance & a good pub. Short walk to Bream Cove, great for swimming. 10 mins drive to vibrant Falmouth. It is secluded, private & in a beautiful coastal setting

Moonsail, Cadgwith Cove: Short Walk to Pub & Beach

Moonsail is a beautiful 2 bed cottage with views over Cadgwith valley - a perfect escape for couples or families. Five min drive to Kynance. The wifi has been upgraded to fibre. The cove is a short stroll away and has a great pub, cafe and shops. Cadgwith is one of the last few active fishing villages and you can watch all the goings on from one of the two beaches in the cove. Watch the Cadgwith singers in the pub on a Friday evening. Unfortunately this cottage isn't suitable for pets.

The Hideaway is a private and secluded cabin nestled in a quiet wooded area in a large garden in Mullion. It has stunning views to Poldhu and across to Mounts Bay. A five-minute walk to Mullion's pubs, cafe and shops, the cabin is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, perfect for walking the South West Coast path and exploring the Lizard peninsula with its amazing coves, beaches and fishing villages. It is located above Polurrian Cove and is a mere stroll to the wonderful quiet beach.

Little Cosel Mor is a one bedroom apartment. The ground floor is an open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen and main bathroom. There are stairs leading to the bedroom with king size bed and en-suite. There is an outside patio area with stunning sea views. Coverack is a quaint fishing village with a tidal beach and working harbour. It is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with wonderful coastal walks and easy access to the other delightful villages on the Lizard Peninsula.

A stunningly situated 3 bedroom house, overlooking idyllic Polurrian Beach on the edge of the Lizard. The perfect spot for a magic Cornwall family holiday, the secluded comfy three bed house has incredible sea views and direct access to one of the Lizard's prettiest beaches. There's also a lovely garden and large private field to walk the dog. A short walk to the south-west coastal path, nearby surf spots and great food in Porthleven, there's something for everyone.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
