Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Wee Ness Lodge

Situated on the banks of the River Ness, Wee Ness Lodge is centrally located for all the amenities Inverness has to offer including shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions which are all within walking distance. Wee Ness Lodge’s luxurious interior is decked out in natural materials and fabrics influenced by the Highland landscape. A beautiful 1800s terraced cottage footsteps away from the River Ness that we finished renovating in March 2022. Sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 king size bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and comfortable living space with free fast WiFi, Samsung Smart TV and wonderful log burning stove. Free parking with our permit and just a 5 - 10 minute walk across old Inverness with beautiful views of the castle, cathedrals and churches on the way. We are also dog friendly up to 2 dogs.

Rose Cottage is a spacious, modernised 2 bedroom cottage situated in a peaceful courtyard close to the river Ness and the city centre. Recently fully renovated it is bright with a contemporary style and some unique original features like stone mantled fireplaces. It is just five minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, art galleries, museums and the theatre. Inverness is a small city with canal and river walks and is a great base for exploring the beautiful Scottish Highlands.

The living area is open plan with a kitchen, dining area and lounge with sofa bed (kingsize). The stylish Master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and dressing area. There is a bathroom on the top floor and small wc on the ground floor. The villa is a perfect base for exploring Inverness, the Highlands and the NC500. Free WIFI is available. Free parking.

The Coach House at Manse House

Make some memories at this unique and friendly place. Originally the Coach House of the 18th century listed Manse House, the property was sympathetically converted in 2004. The property lies in the gardens of the Manse in central Tain. It has great access to the main visitor attractions of the Eastern Highlands and makes a great place to relax or to use as a comfortable spot from which to explore the Highlands. Pets are welcome. The terraced cottage is a very well equipped property on two floors with a garden room and upper terrace. It sits within a secluded courtyard and is quiet and peaceful while being close to the many excellent restaurants, bars and shops which Inverness has to offer. It has private off-road parking. It is situated less than 5 minutes walking distance from the centre of Inverness and is very close to the River Ness, Inverness Cathedral and Eden Court Theatre.

Fishermans cottage is ideally located in a small village 5 minutes from Inverness, and has been renovated to the highest standard. It is a gorgeous cottage with wooden floors, quality furniture and a wood-burning stove. There are superb views over the Beauly Firth towards the mountains of the west coast. This is a great place for watching dolphins in the sea below - relax in the garden with your binoculars and a glass of wine!

The Wine Maker’s Cottage

This unique place has a style all its own and has a gorgeous greenhouse attached which has a grape tree growing through it. It is very spacious, bright and has everything you would need for your stay. We are 1 mile from the village of Drumnadrochit and very close by to the famous Loch Ness.

Situated in the heart of Ullapool Registry Cottage is close to the harbour, cafes, pubs and shops. It provides a modern, practical and cosy accommodation, providing a great base for anyone visiting the North West Highlands. Our cottage is best suited for couples.

Highfield House - 3 Bedrooms

Located just north of Inverness at the start of the NC500. Highfield House is very well located in the countryside, for a highland getaway. Guests can bring up-to two well behaved dogs by agreement, and have their own garden to use, with an enclosure.
