Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Or explore further afield as we are only 1 hour from Bristol and Exeter and 45 minutes from the famous Jurassic coast. Onsite babysitting is available on request. Portcullis End Cottage is a quirkily-decorated self-catering retreat giving you the best of both worlds: 5 mins walk from the river, independent High Street, cafes & shops. Bring your SUP, bike or kayak! There's a small private courtyard for alfresco dining and stargazing. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with no fee, please get in touch if you have more than 2 dogs. There are no other dogs on the premises. PLS NOTE: This private location has a strict no-visitors policy.

Myrtle cottage is a modern, dedicated living space annexed to our 17th century thatched cottage. Pitney itself is a delightful small village situated above The Levels. There is a traditional pub serving real ales, local ciders and great home cooked food and the superb Pitney Farm shop offering organic meat and veg from the mixed farm & market garden. The area offers lovely walks directly from our garden up into the hills at High Ham or down on to The Levels and the river Carey.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.Located off the beaten track and down a quiet country lane, Hillview is a comfortable and well-appointed bungalow, perfectly situated for exploring the Somerset Levels and Moors and the delights of this magical county. Hillview is situated in Martock and offers a garden/barbecue facilities. Guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. Electric vehicle charging NOT available.

Lovingly converted spacious barn in a gorgeous courtyard setting, we have kept as many of the original features as possible. Extremely well equipped with super king bed and amazing walk in shower, the kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.
