Our apartment is a part of a historical building, which was a home to many famous people and served as a background for the iconic Georgian movie “The Wedding”. The Parliament is just across the street, it takes 3 minutes to walk to Rustaveli Ave., the main vein of the city, to museums and restaurants (but you will be surprised how quite our street is), and 10 minutes – to the old town and all major sights.

You can look out to the four sides of the neighborhood. The house is part of Georgian culture heritage. And the district itself is historical, full of stories and events. Rooms are wide, living room 30 squares meter. My neighbors are also engaged in art and museums. We call Kuftin 7 "the artists house".
