Located on beautiful Damariscotta Lake, "Loon Lodge" is a rustic cabin from another era. Fall asleep to the sound of crickets and frogs and wake every morning to the call of the lake's many loons. The cabin is 30 minutes from Augusta and 15 minutes from Damariscotta. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy climbing the Camden Hills-a quick 45 minute drive from the lake. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

There is a shared dock on the pond for swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the view as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks, and a paddle board.

A comfortable full-size bed, composting toilet, a mini fridge & woodstove and electric heater are here for you in this cozy 8x12 cabin in the woods. 2wd access & a parking spot near your door. Hike trails, kayak, fishing, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing then return to your little space to relax & enjoy! The Cabin -Skowhegan

Main floor has living area, kitchen and dining area, 1 queen bed, with a daybed and trundler. Loft has 2 twin beds. The couch could be used as a bed, full bathroom. Has no kitchen sink but has a kitchen area with microwave, large air fry oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee maker, iron/board. Also has TV, DVD/Blue ray player, Gas BBQ (May to November 1st.), as well as a picnic table, out door fire pit. For guest who are traveling by plane, towels are provided, upon request.

Trails close by. In Maine’s finest hiking, hunting, fishing, boating, , skiing, hiking territory. A perfect place for adventure, romance, celebration or serenity. For swimming, FREE docking for your boat to fish, water ski or just cruise in Thompson lake. 14 miles one of Maines cleanest lakes. 6 Bicycles, 2- kayaks, 2-16 ft canoes, a 14 ft rowboat, and a paddle boat, fishing gear, firewood available for guest at no charge for fire pit. Propane and charcoal barbeques available at cottage. THERE IS NO WIFI.

The cabin is situated on 2+ acres with tall trees and plenty of wildlife. Come relax on the covered porch overlooking the pond or around the fire pit

Stream-side mountain retreat

This attractively renovated camp in the High Peaks region of western Maine is the perfect place to get away and unplug. Surrounded by conservation land, the camp is airy and bright, with views opening onto woods and stream, and is well screened. Solar panels provide water and electricity. There's limited satellite internet service for emailing and texting, and sometimes phone through wifi, depending on your service provider.

The Nest at Camp Skoglund

Sitting 125 feet from the east shore of Echo Lake is the Nest at Camp Skoglund. A cozy cottage for two with all of the amenities you will need. Your deck provides a wooded view of the lake and we offer a fully equipped waterfront for your relaxation and fun on the water. If you require lodging for more than two, please inquire. We are open seasonally, starting in early June until Columbus Day or later depending on the weather.

Come & play in the beautiful mountains of western Maine! Cozy, rustic cabin for two. Enjoy miles of multi use trails right off the front steps! If you decide to venture away from the cabin, Rangeley's Saddleback Mt & Sugarloaf USA are both 35 miles away & the college town of Farmington is just 15 minutes south. Our cell service is terrific, but there's no tv or wifi...come to the woods & unplug!
